Turnaround Time
Most projects are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on length and complexity.
Rush delivery is available upon request.
Revisions & Retakes
Your booking includes one complimentary round of retakes for performance adjustments (tone, pacing, emphasis, energy).
Revisions due to script changes may require an additional fee.
Major rewrites, alternate versions, or new script sections will be quoted separately.
File Delivery
Final audio can be delivered in your preferred format, including:
- WAV (.wav)
- MP3 (.mp3)
Typical delivery methods include:
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
Larger or multi-file projects can be delivered in organized folders with labeled takes.
Audio Quality & Recording Environment
All audio is recorded in a professionally treated home studio using a Sennheiser MK4 microphone and edited in Reaper for clean, broadcast-quality sound.
Noise reduction, breaths, and basic cleanup are included at no additional charge.
Directed Sessions
Live-directed recording sessions are available through:
- Zoom
- Skype
These allow real-time feedback and adjustments for precision and consistency.
Refund Policy
Because voiceovers are custom digital products, refunds cannot be issued once final files have been delivered.
However, if you are not satisfied with the initial read, I am happy to provide reasonable performance adjustments within the included revision round.
Script Preparation
To ensure an accurate and efficient recording process, please provide:
- Final script (proofread and edited)
- Pronunciation notes for uncommon names
- Tone/style references (if available)
- Usage details (where the audio will be used)
This helps ensure the first take aligns with your vision.
