I am over the moon to announce that my short story “Tōno” has been accepted for publication by Wandering Wave Press. Tumbled Tales: An Anthology of Unconventional Stories will feature genre crossing and trope twisting works that defy easy categorization. A sapphic romance based on yokai folklore with mild horror elements , “Tōno”, is very different from my first published short story, “Garnets and Leather” which is tonally (no pun intended) very dark and very firmly a horror story.

“Tōno” is very special to me, and I could not be happier that it’s found a home in this collection. I’ll post an update with ordering information as publication gets closer. It’s going to be a June release so happy birthday to me!
